Spacious and remotely located, this ski house features a brand new upscale kitchen and 2 brand new bathrooms! The interior also boasts vaulted ceilings with cozy natural wood work, an open concept floor plan with wood burning fireplace, ample dining room space, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, a large lower level family room with a Smart TV/play space. It also has a true Vermont mudroom with plenty of room for gear, and a large deck for entertaining during our mild Vermont summers. Brand new bathroom with shower added to basement level of the house for winter 2024/2025!

The Space:
4WD/AWD cars are highly recommended for this property as the roads to get here are fairly hilly and can be an issue in the snow with RWD or FWD cars that don't have snow tires.

Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
