Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, very close to parks, hiking trails, beaches, restaurants/cafes, and neighborhood shops.
Close to the UBC, 5-10 min walk from public transit with easy access to UBC/Downtown/Skytrain(Canada Line)/Metrotown and airport.
4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms plus newly renovated full kitchen and comfortable sitting area, this spacious place perfectly fits a whole family or group of friends.
The Space:
You'll enjoy the tranquility and privacy meanwhile an easy access to downtown Vancouver and many other popular attractions, thanks to the super convenient public transition options nearby.
Our place is 7 min from UBC, 20 min from Vancouver downtown, 7 min from famous natural Wreck Beach, 15 min from Kitsilano Beach and Jericho Beach and 15 min from Vancouver airport by car. You can also take direct buses to UBC or Vancouver downtown or Metrotown or Skytrain station without any transfer. Bus stops are just around the corner.
Staying close to both Dunbar and Kerrisdale Village living centres, you can take a stroll along the nearby parks and trails, or explore the vibrant shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
If you are an outdoor activity lover, you'll find a good selection of golf courses and riding clubs with just minutes of driving distance. BC famous hiking trail Pacific Spirit Park is one block away. Enjoy the various options of relaxation in the City!
You will stay at the entire floor of the house semi-basement with a private entrance and full isolation from the unit above. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a new full kitchen make the unit perfect for a whole family or a group of friends of 8 guests to rest after the whole day of activities. Heater floor will bring you comfortable bear-foot feeling.
One free parking available in the premise and more free street parkings are steps away.
Guest Access:
Guests occupy the entire floor of house semi-basement with dedicated private entrance. Kids/families are welcomed with the access to the beautiful back yard with outdoor sitting and kids play facilities from 9am to 8pm.
Other Things to Note:
Infant and children welcomed!
- high chair and some kid tablewares available on site
- trampoline and baby swing and slide can be used by guests with parents guardian consent

Warm and welcoming. The space was well thought out and felt to be sufficiently equipped for longer stays, although we stayed for one night. We were at the stated capacity (8), yet no one felt short on space:)
The location highly suited our needs, and-perhaps my favorite feature- was supported by a hand-drawn, yet accurate neighborhood map for quick access points and local amenities. We will definitely consider this bnb for future visits.

This was a beautiful home in a very upscale neighborhood. It was perfect for our overnight stay before boarding our cruise. The family was very nice and made sure that we were comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

We had a lovely stay here in this wonderful property. Excellent location (nice and quiet but very close to transit and also grocery stores and coffee shops). So impressed with the beautiful garden as well, perfect to unwind after a long day. Highly recommend this great property, and excellent communication and support from the owners. A+!!
