The house is divided into two floors, it is cozy and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor we find the kitchen that is fully equipped and open to the living room with an American-style bar. The living-dining room is very bright and has direct access to the terrace and the private garden. The exterior has a barbecue, quality garden furniture and an awning to enjoy outside even on hot summer days. The garden area has artificial grass and communicates through a door with the community area and the pool. On the ground floor there is also a toilet.
The three bedrooms are located at the top. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is also double equipped with two single beds and wardrobes. The house was spacious in in a lovely quiet complex with fabulous pool. There was no A/C so the ceiling fans were great but struggled a bit when the temperatures got into the 30's. The garden/outdoor area was beautiful and we had plenty of space to eat together as a family. Perhaps some cleaning products for the bathrooms would have been a welcome addition.
