Fully equipped and recently refurbished country house at the entrance of the village of Beirão, in a farmhouse. The house (180 m2) has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The living room (50m2) has a fireplace. With a magnificent swimming pool built in 2018. With a terrace (17m2) and possibility to take meals in the open air.
Ideal for hiking and cycling. Good starting point to get to know the region of Marvão, Castelo de Vide and Valencia de Alcântara (Spain) and its cultural and historical richness, not forgetting its gastronomic traditions. In the vicinity there are several swimming pools (some river). The village of Beirã has cafes and a restaurant.

Host was friendly and gave us the privacy we so much enjoy. The house was good, pool was top and very welcome during the heat wave.2 houses down the street is a typical Portugese restaurant very good.We enjoyed our stay.

Tapada da Beirã was a charming villa, it had everything we could have wished for, the hosts were lovely and were on hand with advice and knowledge of the area. Plenty of outdoor spaces to relax or eat al fresco and a super swimming pool. You need a car to get around, the nearest shop is in Santo António das Areias. About 20 steps from the Villa is a lovely restaurant and the food was amazing as were the staff.

Thank you very much for the wonderfull time I had in Beira. The house was great and the countryside abolutely amazing!!!
