Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Malo, just a stone’s throw from the superb Havre de Rothéneuf beach. The house is situated right in the heart of the village of Rothéneuf, next to one of the best bakeries in Saint-Malo. It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private courtyard. Hotel-quality 4* bed linen is provided, with the beds made up for your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV
- A dining area with a table and chairs
- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle…
First floor:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x200)
- A shower room with shower, washbasin unit, heated towel rail and toilet
Second floor:
- A bedroom with two single beds (90x200)
- A bathroom with a bath, heated towel rail and toilet.
Outside:
- Private courtyard with a large dining table and sun loungers, not overlooked
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more...
Neighbourhood and activities:
- Various food shops: supermarket, delicatessen, butcher, baker, florist, café, restaurants, crêperie…
- The Thermes Marins de Saint-Malo, 4 km away

La Hune Great stay in a great house. Beautiful area close to beautiful coastlines. We had a wonderful 10 days, highly recommend

La Hune "really nice accommodation, beautiful house, nicely decorated, well equipped!
The eared is super nice, the creperie is really good, the boulangerie next door is amazing and the restaurant at the end of the street was also good. The bar tabac not so much (unfriendly). Also a view nice beaches at a walking distance!!!
The bakery next door is amazing, note that it is also quiet noisy (from 5 o'clock in the morning!) if you have your windows open. so only option is to close the windows."

La Hune "This was a super stay for the 2 nights with our family. I would highly recommend it.
🙂 This house is in a beautiful village. The lady who met us there was so friendly and helpful. The house was clean and very comfortable."
