Spend your day exploring everything St. Simons has to offer and evenings relaxing in this lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that sleeps five. This unit was recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl flooring, and walk in shower. In addition to the king size Broyhill bedroom suite, there are two sleeper sofas in the living room.
The well equipped kitchen features high end finishes, cherry cabinets, and granite counter top. Full size washer/dryer in unit. Watch your favorite programs on the 50” flat screen tv with HD channels in the living room, or the 32” flat screen wall mounted tv in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi in unit plus hot spots at both pools and in the clubhouse.
This unit is located in the second level and has a covered balcony.
Rooms are a perfect size, the main living area is open and gets great sunlight! Stunning view of the pool and nice outdoor furniture to enjoy the breeze.
The property has something fun for the whole family. Fishing allowed in the stocked lake, tree swings, playground, tennis, basketball, pickleball.
Contactless check in with the condo key in the lockbox on the door.
Awesome neighborhood with a short walk to Mallery Park playground, restaurants, the lighthouse, shopping, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, baseball fields, and a dog park.
St. Simons Island is bicycle friendly. Sidewalks make it possible to get around most of the island.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running/playing on stairs.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the air conditionIng thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
This unit is pet friendly with a $50 fee. Pets should be on a leash at all times when outdoors. Please clean up after your pet.
For the safety of everyone on the property, please observe the posted speed limit of 10 mph.

Very close to the rest of areas to see . The beach is very close. They thought of comfort for extra items for the beach, like umbrella chair etc. Pool view out the sliding door. Just keep sliding door close and play music or Tv if people get loud. It’s quiet when it’s suppose to be. people generally are kind and friendly. W/D a plus. coffee maker. Need new curtains to have complete privacy. One stool needed repair otherwise perfect. comfy balcony. Lots of room to put away clothes. Walking distance to town if you live to walk. Park nearby for pickle ball or just to walk the dog. Tennis courts on the property and pool plus small rec room and gym. Great place to stay & visit!

We enjoyed the stay I think living room furniture could use an upgrade or either a deep cleaning. Everything else was awesome I would most definitely stay again.

Perfect spot to stay in Saint Simons. Host was very responsive, condo was clean and nice and the complex has all the amenities. It was my second time staying in the complex and both times have been very enjoyable.

Nice condo with lil pool and nice neighborhood. Check in process was non existing. Had a 3 month old in a car after a 6 hr drive. Tried of the drive waited 30 mins until i got the code for the key. The condo was not clean. Utensils were are all out of place. No basic commodities like salt or pepper. Laudry was still in washer and dryer. Overall was an ok stay on the island could be better if manage properly.
