Reviewer Comments:
This cabin was a great spot for our family. The kids loved the games, the pool, and the movie theater. The parents loved the multiple decks with wonderful views of the mountains. There is only one other cabin next to it so it feels pretty secluded. Our van had a slight struggle getting up the gravel "driveway" fully loaded, but had no problems after that.

Our stay was awesome because our kids had just as much fun exploring as they did staying back at the house. Maintenance was helpful in addressing our issues.

Reviewer Comments:
I've stayed on Elk Spring's properties for the last 8 years and I've always enjoyed my stays. However, I'm very disappointed in the customer service here and the way they've handled a lost item of mine. I left a suitcase by mistake when we checked out and it has yet to be returned to me 3 weeks later. I've been in contact with them weekly and they make excuse after excuse of why it hasn't been returned. Bunch of thief's!!!
