The property is just so great. It is exactly where you want to be when visiting OOB, 2 min walk from the beach! The contact with the hosts/property mgmt team was wonderful and speedy. Everything was addressed and their app was great. It is an electric key, and also includes guides on things to see, do, places to eat etc. very helpful. We had a problem with the dishwasher and they were very quick to respond and address the issue and provide a drying rack while we waited for the problem to be resolved. I'd def stay here again with my family. We loved it.

Right behind beach. One house back but some water views from unit. We were there in mid October past the high season. Very calm and peaceful there. Probably the cleanest vrbo rental I ever stayed in. Clearly a full remodel had been recently done. Bayley property manager is top tier, and stayed in touch and made sure we had a good experience.

This home worked out great for our family beach vacation. The beach is just steps away! We loved waking up to the view of the dunes/water and hearing the crashing of waves as we drank our coffee on the deck. The rental company was welcoming and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year!

Great property! Very close to the beach. The place was spotless and easy to find. Checking in was a breeze too.
The only thing I would say was that it was very tight with 2 boys and a giant husband but the closet system thing that they have was very well thought out.
