Located between countryside, town (3 minutes from Coutances) and sea (10 minutes from the seaside resort of Agon-Coutainville), you will discover at the end of a large tree-lined driveway the domain of the Dauvinerie, a former body stone farmhouse in the heart of a park of 4 hectares, where venture roe deer, herons, wild ducks and hens on the pond.
