The condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with all-new bedding:
Master Suite: King bed, private balcony access, and tropical-inspired master bath with a relaxing jetted tub
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with direct bathroom access for a private, suite-like feel
Third Bedroom: Queen-over-queen bunk beds — perfect for kids, teens, or adults
Living Room: New comfortable pullout sectional for additional sleeping space
The kitchen is equipped for easy meals at home, with an electric cooktop, new microwave, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, new silverware, pots and pans, and everyday cooking essentials. Make breakfast before hitting the sand, pack lunch for the beach, or enjoy dinner together after a day in the sun.
And we’ve made beach days easier! Guests have access to 4 beach chairs, a large beach wagon, beach umbrella, and a Pack ’n Play for little travelers.

Beautiful views from balcony with amazing sunsets and gorgeous beach. Perfect stay for our group. Loved that it had a big bath tub and separate shower in Master bedroom.
Kitchen worked well.
Other than a few cracked floor tiles and an older worn down dining table, the place was wonderful. Location is ideal.

We had a lil hiccup where the kids bedroom door was stuck….and it was my babygirl’s birthday (she turned 2). They were stuck in the room and in full panic mode. I contacted RealJoy and IMMEDIATELY an agent arrived and got the door open. He concluded that it was a construction issue and would have it fixed the following day. After being advised that it was our daughter’s birthday, he stated that he will also bring her a gift for the trouble the following day. He did!!!! My daughter was so surprised and excited! My husband and I was in complete shock because we couldn’t believe he kept his word. My only regret is that I didn’t get his name to give him the proper recognition he truly deserves. Overall the condo is awesome and definitely made us feel right at home as a family. Thank you again Real Joy and our next vacation reservation will definitely be made with you guys.❤️

It had a beautiful view of the ocean. The building didn't seem overly crowded at all.
The door to the stairs wouldn't open, many times we wanted to avoid the elevator and could not.
