Sit at the Bar Height Table, (no railing obstructing your view), enjoy your coffee in the mornings & maybe a glass of wine in the evenings. Feel those Ocean Breezes while you are swooped away into the story of one of the many Beach Reads.



This Community offers Many Amenities to take advantage of on your Beach Getaway. There is Covered Parking for unpacking all your vacation essentials. In addition to the Dedicated Beach Walkway, you can choose to swim in the Seasonal Community Pool & Sun on its Deck. Rinse off the Salt & Sand using the Outdoor Shower at your building. There is a Locked Storage Unit on the Ground Level to stow away your Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards & your other Beach Toys



SunDaze is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa that sleeps 5. The Ocean View Primary Bedroom has a Queen, TV with Cable & EnSuite with Tub/Shower Combination. Unpack into the Dresser & Closet. From the Private Entrance to the Balcony, slip out the Glass Door into the Fresh Salt Air after dark. Without the Bright Lights of the Big Cities, find your Favorite Constellations in the Night Sky. Venus is often visible in our area. The 2nd Bedroom has a Twin over Queen Bunkbed with Convenient Stairs instead of a Ladder. Stream your Favorite Shows on the Roku TV. A Dresser & Closet mean you don’t have to live out of your suitcase while on Vacation. The Hall Bath has a Tub/Shower Combination.



You enter the Villa into an Open Concept Kitchen, Dining & Living area. The Kitchen: Drip & K-Cup Coffee Makers, Toaster, Crock Pot, Griddle & Stock Pot for those Low Country Boils. A Countertop Ice Maker means you don’t have to buy bags of ice to make your Favorite Vacay Beverages in the Blender. If you prefer to Grill your Fresh Catch (Caught or Bought), head to the Covered Community Picnic area with Park Grills.



Just off the Kitchen is the Dining Area which makes for Easy Serving & Cleanup. The Living Area gets Lots of Light through the Sliding Glass Doors that lead to the Open Air Private Ocean View Balcony. Inside, Settle into the Comfortable Seating to Play one of the Provided Games or Watch your Favorite Shows on the Large Screen TV (Cable/Roku) or a Movie on the DVD Player. There is an Electric Fireplace that with the Switch of a Button, you can have that Cozy Ambiance any time of year.



OKI Beach Villas are within Walking Distance to the OKI Golf Club & Duffer’s Restaurant (across the street). The OKI (Yaupon Beach) Pier & several other Restaurants are Within Walking Distance. Be sure to make an online reservation to Tour the Oak Island Lighthouse located just down the street from your Villa, also in the Town of Caswell Beach. For many years it was 2nd only to a lighthouse in France as the Brightest Lighthouse in the World! LED lights were installed in 2020 making it the 1st US Lighthouse to use Rotating LED Technology. As one of only 7 Active Lighthouses in NC, the OKI Light is one of the Most Photographed Landmarks in our area.
