This stunning home has a beautiful open concept with dual master suites that both have king beds and a view of the pool. 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale for those planning to check out the Fashion Square shopping, numerous world-class restaurants, and nightlife in Old Town. Ideally located for SPRING TRAINING with easy access to freeway and less than 15 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport, Talking Stick Resort, multiple golf courses, and Camelback Mountain.
Owner will be at their second home down the road but will be excited to meet you to answer any questions if needed. We’re always happy to give recommendations!

EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.
POOL HEATING COST: There is an extra $25/night charge if you want the pool heated. Please message me right after booking if you want the pool heated. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. Please know that the ability of the pool to stay heated largely depends on your ability to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature and if the outside temp falls below 50 degrees the pool will struggle to stay heated and will need extra care to be sure cover stays on the pool.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
-NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Please note that pool heating is charged on a per-night basis. This was an amazing house in every way, with plenty of room and thoughtfully planned. Very nice for our wonderful family reunion with family coming from several places to enjoy each other. Very nice location to easily get to great restaurants and other sites. We were all very happy with this arrangement and hope to plan another gathering.

The heated pool was great and there were plenty of chairs outside too! The sturdiness of both inside and outside tables and chairs was great. Location to all the places we needed to go to was ideal. The grill and appliances inside worked well, and a new coffee maker and toaster were provided when requested.We can’t give this a 5 star rating because there were no dressers in the extra bedrooms, no safety handles in the showers, no railing in the pool, and our mattress was squeaky, too low and mattress needs to be replaced. The air conditioner worked well to keep us cool in this unseasonably hot weather.

The place was very nice and convenient to lots of things. The issues that we had, we addressed with Mitch and they were handled promptly.
