Our host was excellent with communicating answers to our questions. The condo was clean & comfortable. We did suggest maybe a regular sofa in the living room would be better than large recliners that took up too much space. The kitchen had almost everything we needed but could use new skillets and regular butter knives. The pool is not heated but after several hot days it was refreshing. Lots of beach things in the storage area like chairs, cart, coolers, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

What a nice place to stay! This condo had everything we needed and including a kitchen that was well supplied with cooking tools. So very close to Sanibel and many other attractions. Super clean, super cute & super affordable. Owner answered all of our inquiries quickly and thoroughly. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend.

This is a nice, clean place that's just a few minutes drive to Sanibel Island without the cost of staying right on Sanibel. The place is equipped as described in the listing, with a convenient washer/dryer, some beach accessories and a pool just steps from the back door, though note that the pool is unheated. We had a very enjoyable stay here.
