Bay Front Townhome - Just Across the Bay from Cape San Blas - 5 minutes to Porth St. Joe!!

Surrounded by old Florida foliage on scenic SR 30-A, this Bayfront 2 story townhome is only one of five that sit on a beautiful 4 acre tract for privacy and seclusion. Directly next door to Presnell's Marina and just minutes from Cape San Blas. Port St. Joe is short 5 minute drive with all the artsy shops, restaurants and live music events and festivals. This townhome is one of the only homes available to rent in the up and coming Simmons Bayou area and has plenty of boat parking available on site.
Designed with an open concept floor plan, the eat in kitchen w/breakfast bar connects to a cozy living space that flows seamlessly to a covered outdoor area. Each of the 3 Bedrooms has its own full bath and private balcony!

Property was beautiful. The front yard and back yard were so beautiful with the trees and wildlife. View was the best. Inside had everything we needed. Extra blankets and comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms did not have tvs but we appreciated everyone having being together in the living room together for movie time. Very comfy couches and great internet service. Clean inside and out. Wonderful stay all around.

Paradise found!! This condo is in a tranquil location, in spite of being on highway 30. Giant trees with Spanish moss line the drive. Condos are set back at least 100 yards from the highway. The property is perfect for visitors who want privacy, outside space & beautiful bay views. Wildlife is abundant. The condo itself is spacious. It was very clean & had everything we needed (except for a broom & mop). I will definitely book this condo again. Cape San Blas & Mexico Beach have gotten too congested for my enjoyment. Thank you for a great stay!!

I stayed here for 28 days for a work assignment. The place was very clean, the property manager was very responsive Asha easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place.

We just returned from a week’s stay at this townhome. The accommodations were very comfortable. We had plenty of room for the five of us. It was a very quick drive into Port Saint Joe or over to Cape San Blas to the beach. We took a side trip to Apalachicola and thoroughly enjoyed the area. We’ve decided the best part, though was the view off the back deck. Easily the best view we’ve ever had at a VRBO! The living room patio doors open up to an incredible view of the bay. We had our morning coffee out there and then went again out in the evening to enjoy the sunset. The upstairs deck off the master suite was equally wonderful. We would definitely come back.
