If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. We Are In a Residential Neighborhood so ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND!!! New Albany Quiet Hours are 11:00pm on Fri and Sat Nights and 10:30pm Sunday - Thurs. Any Violation May result in you Being Asked to leave the Premises Immediately w/ NO REFUND AND the Loss of your Damage Deposit. For Liability and Noise Reasons, the number of Guests at the Property should never Exceed the number stated on your Reservation unless prior arrangements have been Made.

This is truly a magnificent house—so rich in history and filled with stunning architectural details! The home itself made our trip so much more interesting and memorable. It was impeccably clean and well-kept, offering enough space for our large group to gather together comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The best part? Every single bedroom has its own private bathroom, which was a huge bonus. The game room was an absolute hit with everyone in our group! We loved taking short walks to the river nearby and admiring the impressive historical architecture of the surrounding area. If you want a unique, memorable, and spacious place to stay, this is it! Our host Patrick was very prompt and courteous.

Everything was perfect! We had a small birthday get together and the home was everything we wanted and more. The pics do not do it justice. The communication with the owners was also fantastic! 10/10 and would recommend anyone to stay.

This is our second year staying at this property. The hosts respond quickly, check in and checkout are easy and the accommodations are historical and fun. Each room has a name for a famous person as well as a private bath and the decor is very nostalgic ! There is a full equipped kitchen and a deck that is so relaxing in the evening! New Albany is also far enough from the city with that small town feel, great restaurants and a short walk to see the Ohio river. We will be back again next year!
