Casa della Musica is a charming, rustic farmhouse from the early 20th century, nestled in the peaceful hills of Le Marche.

This beautifully restored villa with a private pool is the perfect retreat for those seeking privacy and relaxation—immersed in nature, yet close to the comforts of the nearby village.

The villa, spread over two levels, offers:

– On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, a TV and reading room, and two bathrooms with showers and toilets.

– On the first floor: three double bedrooms each with a private bathroom (shower and toilet), and one split-level bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with a single bed, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a lush garden filled with trees, flowers, and aromatic plants that release the soothing scents of the countryside. From here, the view stretches over postcard-worthy landscapes—the rolling Marche hills and the historic village of Ostra.

On summer evenings, you can enjoy a lovely dinner on the veranda or gather with friends around the large patio table, spacious yet private thanks to the surrounding greenery.

Casa della Musica shares a private swimming pool with Villa Glicini. After a swim, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower nestled in the garden.
