Located only a short walk from beautiful Jupiter Beach, our Bella Vista Condominium has been recently updated with all the modern amenities.
The condo is a spacious 2 level layout on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 story building. With1,650 square feet the unit has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and a loft with a desk and sofa bed that can serve as a fourth bedroom.
Each bedroom has a 40" TV and there is a brand new 65" Smart TV is in the living room.
There is a private balcony on the upper level which overlooks scenic Carlin Park. The views are spectacular.
If you need to work while you're away the loft on the upper level serves as a perfect office space with a beautiful Ernest Hemingway style wooden desk. From the desk you have a great view overlooking Carlin Park.
The entire condo is equipped with high speed WIFI for email and zoom meetings along with cable and streaming TV.
The location is fantastic. You are only a short walk to the beach through Carlin Park. Carlin park also has a 1.25 mile walking trail with 20 fitness stations where you can get in some exercise while enjoying your stay.
A Publix grocery store along with many other fine retail establishments and a Cinepolis movie theater are all less than a mile away.
The Bella Vista community offers the following amenities: Tennis, Pickle ball, Racquetball, Bocceball, resort style pool and a cabana clubhouse.
The unit is fully furnished with everything you need including linens, towels, beach chairs, hair dryers, kitchen cooking pots & pans, utensils, etc...
There are many sport, recreational and entertainment opportunities in the area

If you are a scuba diver, contact Bill at Jupiter Scuba Diving at 561-814-3483 and go out on the Kayalami Charter Boat. Their website is https://www.jupiterscubadiving.com/

Visit some great restaurants. "The Woods" owned by Tiger Woods; "1000 North" owned by Michael Jordan; Just opened "Charlie and Joes at Love Street" owned by Joe Namath. Utiki, Jetty's, Square Grouper, Guanabanas, Food Shack and Hog Snappers. These restaurants and others are all located within 1-3 miles of our Condo.
If you love the theater, Jupiter Maltz Theater is just across the street from the entrance to Bella Vista. Their website is https://www.jupitertheatre.org/

Kitchen was well equipped, clean and all appliances worked well. The condo had plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.

It is very rare that upon walking into a vacation rental that you immediately feel at home. This truly happened to us when we stepped in this lovely condo by Carlin Park in Jupiter Florida. Our hosts have created a practical and efficient unit where we never had to call our hosts to find out how something works. Everything was clearly explained before our trip or via their house manual. The big choice for everyday was "Pool or beach?" We also visited the lighthouse, loggerhead turtle rescue facility, manatee lagoon, Flagler Museum, Palm Beach Zoo with koala experience, NY Met spring training game, Maltz theater, and took walks. The weather fully cooperated with us too. Very quiet and serene development. Loved sitting on the upper patio just inhaling the sea air and staring at nature. We could have not done any better with our choice to rent this property during late March 2026. People we met were very friendly and the condo complex is very well maintained too. We would hope to return a year from now.
