The Space:
Welcome to 28 Hilton Head Beach Villa! This split-level villa was just renovated in June of 2023 and has everything you need for your next Hilton Head Island vacation. This home features 2 primary suites in the upstairs level each with their own bathroom. The lower-level bedroom features 2 comfy queen beds and uses the hall bathroom just off the entry. There is also a lovely sitting room adjacent to the double queen bedroom. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks to enjoy on your patio, or gourmet meals to serve the family around the dining table for six. A charcoal grill on the patio is perfect for those family BBQs! Not in the mood to cook? Enjoy the many delicious dining opportunities in the area, everything from ice cream for the kids to exquisite late-night suppers!
Do as much or as little as you like while you're on the island. You will find something for everyone, from fun on the beaches at HHI or 12 miles away on Tybee Island, to ziplining, water sports of every kind, golf, tennis, shopping and dining. We spent four days here and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, literally steps to the boardwalk, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The location is also great for walking to restaurants, coffee, and nearby shops, which we really appreciated.The condo itself is small but comfortable and had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway. The full-sized washer and dryer were a huge plus after sandy beach days. The pool area, while small, was a nice option when the beach got a little too windy.The welcome note and gift were a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and functional!

It was good. We did have some issues with the room and once we contacted office they quickly tried to address them. Hot water would not stay hot long enough for
Complete showers for any of the 6 of us. That needs to be fixed before next guests.
