Located on the second floor, this corner unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Twin Bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a Queen bed in the third bedroom. Please note this property does not have elevators. The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, modern furniture with coastal decorations, and a large flat-screen TV. Ceiling fans are equipped throughout the unit to help stay cool.
On the main floor, you will find the master bedroom, the second bedroom, and the main bathroom. Relax and unwind with a King-size bed in the master bedroom and a large flat-screen TV. The main bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is equipped with Twin-size bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean, pool, and simi private beach. We all got the best sleep ever with the sound of the ocean resonating through the house!

Location was great and beach view was amazing. We saw a sea turtle on the beach right outside the unit on our last night there. While there was no air, the unit was comfortable at night with the fans going and windows open. Downside is the unit is right next to the parking lot, and it can get noisy. There was also a lot of rain the week before we were there, resulting in gnats all over. They were everywhere when we got there, and no matter how much we cleaned the counters, they returned every day. They were also all over the floor, and we didn’t see a broom in the unit to sweep them up. After the first couple of days, the complex put up a sign to let all guests know what they were, that the influx was due to the very wet conditions, and they were not dangerous. Recommend leaving cleaning supplies open to guests if they need them, as it would have been nice to sweep up all the gnats each day instead of letting them accumulate.

The condo was dirty and not well maintained. Kitchen was poorly stocked, such as no blender or crockpot. No extra blankets or throws
