Property could use some TLC. Outdoor area has a beautiful view, but a lot of weeds, broken pool pieces and landscaping needed. We had ants in the kitchen area, the host took 36 hrs to respond. Lack of soap and Kleenex in mast upstairs bedroom.

What a beautiful and spacious home! We had rented it for an overflow of wedding guests, and it was in a quiet part of town. Our guests enjoyed the neighborhood for walking and jogging, and coming back to cool off in the pool! Each bedroom was spacious, clean, and had ample closet space. The house is modern and tastefully decorated. It was centrally located in DFW for all the wedding activities, which was a huge bonus. Would recommend highly!

The hot tub was not heated and not included in the price to get heat and jets. That was very disappointing. The kitchen had small ants on the counter next to the sink which we had to spray. The living room smells of mildew/mold. The bedrooms where nice and as pictured. Oh and the BBQ grill gas was empty. Plenty of parking and the backyard was very nice with a great view.
