Ocean One 207 has a great open kitchen looking into the dining and living area with countertop seating in addition to the dining area. Bright and spacious views of the Atlantic are available from the master bedroom and living areas. The complex has gas grills adjacent to the pool deck as an added amenity. Ocean One is conveniently located on the Island's famous south end and an easy walk to Coligny Plaza and the shops and restaurants on Pope Avenue.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years, usually during the winter months. And, on most of those occasions, we have rented a condo at Ocean One. #207 was a comfortable, generally well-appointed 2-bedroom condo facing the ocean. However, maintenance work on the outside of the complex restricted our ability to use the decks during the majority of our stay. As my wife and I are both nearing 80, and have difficulty walking distances, having restricted access to the decks was unfortunate. Although Seashore made us aware of the work being done on the building, and did give a slight pricing discount, we were surprised by how restrictive this work on our use and enjoyment of the condo.
