A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Welcome to this newly updated, ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa in the heart of Sea Pines’ desirable Plantation Club community. Now available to the rental market, this beautifully refreshed villa overlooks the 9th fairway of Atlantic Dunes, the acclaimed course named Golf Course of the Year, and offers a picturesque view of the Plantation Clubhouse.
Start your mornings on the private patio with a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the fairway and golfers and cyclists begin their day. The ground-level location means you’ll enjoy a private gas grill—a rare feature not available in upper-level villas.
Inside, the villa features an open, comfortable layout designed for relaxing and entertaining. The newly renovated kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, black granite countertops, and everything you need for easy vacation meals. It flows seamlessly into the dining area, which seats six, and the living room, where you’ll find plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV with cable. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room just off the kitchen.
The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower room and separate sink and dressing area. The second bedroom features two full beds, a TV/DVD player, and easy access to the second full bathroom—perfect for families or friends traveling together.
Just across the parking lot, you’ll find the secure Plantation Club pool with ample seating in both sun and shade. Bike racks and convenient parking are steps from your door, and you’re only about 100 yards from the Sea Pines Trolley stop, offering easy access to Harbour Town and other Sea Pines highlights.
Best of all, this villa is just a five-minute walk to the beach and the spectacular, newly rebuilt Sea Pines Beach Club, where you can enjoy oceanfront dining, drinks, and sweeping Atlantic views.
With its fresh updates, prime golf-course setting, and unbeatable location, this villa is a step above the rest—perfect for a relaxing and memorable Hilton Head vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, and it was on a beautiful golf course with immaculate grounds. We had a question about the thermostat on the first day, and the owner responded quickly, even though it was late in the evening. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Location was great. Hard to see condo numbers on main building. Picture on website makes it seem like one story. People above us were a bit noisy. Could use some updating. Maybe new toilets for example.
