Summary:
Dundas Cottage is a newly renovated 3 bedroom cottage which sleeps 8 people in the heart of Richmond, North Yorkshire.
Centrally located and a 3 min walk to the beautiful, cobbled market square and the array of delicious food and drink options available in the town. With popular Italian restaurant La Piazza just across the road and Number 29 Gin and Tapas bar a short stroll down the street. This accommodation is a perfect staycation to get away from it all. Richmond Castle is a short 5 min walk away and you will be close to the historic Georgian Theatre, The Old Richmond Station with art gallery, 3 screen cinema, art store and award winning food and drink producers. Catterick Racecourse and The Swale Waterfalls and river walk are also close by.
Mid-point to the coast to coast walk , a 15 minute drive away from the popular Middleton Lodge wedding venue and a gateway to the stunning scenery of the Yorkshire Dales. You will be spoilt for choice for things to do in and around the area. Richmond is a real hidden gem for holiday makers.
The Space:
Living Room - Luxurious cosy living space with seating for 8 people, with TV and books for entertainment.
Kitchen - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric fan oven, hob, dishwasher, & coffee machine, with a dining room table that comes out from the island.
Bathrooms - Shower with quality towels and essential amenities provided. We have a toilet downstairs and an ensuite with a bath coming from the master bedroom.
Bedroom - Master bedroom with king size bed and a double bed in the bedroom on the ground floor. The third room has two bunkbeds, perfect for a big family getaway.
Utility room - Washing machine and tumble dryer with an iron located in the cupboard above these.
Hairdryers provided in both the bedrooms with double beds.
Internet - Wifi available
Entertainment - Large smart TV.
Log into Netflix/Amazon Prime/NOWTV/Apple TV and Disney+ accounts
Books in the living room.
Guest Access:
There is parking outside the property on Frenchgate, we supply a parking permit for your stay but there's also permits you can get for free from local shops.
There is a keybox entry.

This property is ideally situated for everything Richmond has to offer!
Short stroll down the hill to the river, old railway station & the little drummer boy walk.... then go opposite direction from property and within minutes your in the heart of Richmond Market Place!
La Piazza is a MUST and less than 1 minute from the property entrance!

Details of interior need amplifying. The levels inside were challenging. Steps down to kitchen and sitting room. Step up to toilet and bath in ensuite bathroom. No parking permit as advised. Small entrance courtyard piled up with rubbish from previous renters.
