Nestled on the third floor, this 4-person apartment in Erquy enjoys a privileged location. You will only need to cross over to reach the beach and thus enjoy walks, swimming and sunbathing sessions on the sand. Moreover, you are very close to the centre, which will allow you to enjoy the shops, terraces or even stroll through the summer market.

The other undeniable asset of the accommodation is its sea view, which you will be able to enjoy from the balcony upon waking with a good cup of coffee, or in the evening around some nice grilled food. The living area also allows you to enjoy the blue of the ocean thanks to its large bay window. You will find a very well-equipped American kitchen with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. It opens onto the round dining table, where you will enjoy sharing good meals. Then the lounge, a cosy corner that invites you to relax in front of a film on the television.

As night falls, you will be able to go and rest in the apartment's bedroom, which has a double bed and seaside décor. Then, in the living room, you will simply need to unfold the sofa to find the two other sleeping spaces.
