Large open living space with plenty of seating fo the whole group, 70” TV for movie night or football. The cook will appreciate the large kitchen and breakfast bar with seating. Also included - WiFi, smart tv’s in all rooms, poker table and games, cargo lift, fully fenced yard, great outdoor space, a view of the gulf and quick access to the beach. We had a great time with family. A couple of hiccups. The lift worked a couple of times and stopped working. The fridge in the washroom did not cool. We reported this to the realtor. Other than that it was good

Fantastic stay, but I would have rented a different property had I realized ahead of time that it was rented through Cobb. Having to fill out additional paperwork and contracts and print, scan, and email them back after already signing contracts such online while booking with vrbo was a frustration! Having to check in and out at a different location instead of keyless entry/check in at the home was also a bit of an inconvenience. I chose to book through vrbo to avoid all of that. If I wanted to rent through Cobb, I would have rented directly through their website. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Home was as advertised and was very clean. Great location.

Overall we really enjoyed Sun Ray’s. Couple of things;1) the pictures in the drawers and cabinets was very helpful2) the refrigerator in the pantry did not work (a 2nd refrigerator is very helpful)3) there were no spatulas in the house (we bought a couple and donated them)
