The Poolside Townhouse is located at Casa del Lago in Osoyoos. Come and relax and enjoy a glass of Okanagan wine on the patio of our 1570 sq. ft. four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, with garage. Our townhouse is great for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, and families. The location is excellent for Snowbirds, and is just steps to the beach, pool, and clubhouse. The Master bedroom is located on the main floor, with private bathroom. The Clubhouse features a gym, pool table, shuffle board, and large common meeting area. Great place for summer and off season holidays as well as snowbirds. Soak up the sunshine and beautiful views with private beachfront location. Enjoy cycling on many routes and dive into family water sports on Canada's warmest freshwater lake in a beautiful desert setting. Osoyoos boasts champion gold golf courses, world class wineries, and luscious fruits from local Orchards. The spring and fall wine festivals are world class, and foliage changes are absolutely spectacular! Visit the Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Centre, museum and archives, art galleries. Take the kids to Rattlesnake Canyon Amusements is just a few minutes walk from your home away from home. Eat & enjoy local wine. Restaurants in and around Osoyoos offer endless choices of cuisines unique in culture and lifestyles, incorporating the areas' abundance of fruits and vegetable's. Winter skiing and snowshoeing at nearby Mt. Baldy (one of Osoyoos best kept secrets!). Osoyoos is Snowbird capital of Canada. Wildfires/Forest Fires, Smoke Policy
Our Vacation Home is located in the South Okanagan region where wildfires/forest fires and smoke are common during the wide fire season. Please keep this in mind when booking our vacation home when travelling with babes, young children, seniors, persons with asthma and / or medical conditions which can be irritated due to fires & smoke.
Review our cancellation policy, and consider some type of cancellation and interruption insurance because our policy does not cover smoke and wildfire / forest fire unless the government deems the area and emergency evacuation area.

Great place to relax and enjoy peacefulness. The property owners were very good and considerate.The place was well stocked - they even had cinnamon!We would definitely stay there again!!

The location and set up of this property is wonderful! The pool is easy access, just going out the patio door, and around to the gate. Plenty of space for friends and family that dropped by, but well set up for just two. With a main floor master suite, we only needed to go upstairs for laundry. The community is very friendly and welcoming. Mario and Jodi are great hosts, and very responsive to inquiries, and for passing on local information of events.

Beautiful property - it was exactly as described in the listing. Property was clean and the beds so comfortable. The owners provided everything we could possibly require. We would definitely love to come back during fruit season! Thank you Mario and Jodi for making us feel welcome and comfortable.
