This was an absolutely awesome weekend stay for my son’s wedding! We really enjoyed this house! It was awesome to stay in something historical! The owner was very responsive! Overall great weekend stay for a large family together!

What a lovely stay! Everyone has their own space. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Even had a stocked BBQ we used for our last night. Upstairs family room had videos and games to play and served as a huge gathering space. Host was amazing and answered every question I had within minutes. Very safe neighborhood within walking distance of stores. We came from California and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and time to meet our Joplin Missouri family. This home has an interesting history and I’m so glad we got to get to know the Josephine home. Thank you again for your lovely hospitality.

Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beautiful nostalgic home!

Outside trash was overflowing. Floors could use a good cleaning. And, the breakers in the kitchen tripped more than once, and we had to wait for some to come reset them because they were locked in the garage. Beds were not comfy. Did not appear to be a king sized one in the house, but not like i measured them to see. All that being said, we didn't let it spoil our weekend. We cooked, ate too much, laughed and played games. This was my 2nd time to stay here, obviously, i did not have any of these issues the first time, so i suggest giving them a try and see how it goes for you.
