Meravilla is an exclusive villa with private swimming pool situated halfway between Modica and Scicli, late baroque towns of the Noto Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage.

Set in a quiet, sunny, panoramic location, the property is surrounded by a luxuriant garden with aromatic and ornamental plants and offers large terraces and a stunning heated saltwater pool. These well-equipped outdoor areas are complemented by its cosy interior, which includes a large living room with kitchen, sitting and dining area, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower. On the first floor of the villa there is an independent flat, which is occupied by the owners from September to mid June (and which remains closed from mid-June to the end of September).
