We think it’s a perfect get away!!

We love our vacations on AMI (since 2015) and this year was no different. The unit was perfect for us (3 people). A very short walk to the beach and good location to Pine and north of the island.
Layout of the unit was unique but everything was provided - beach chairs, wagon, cooler, towels, etc. Beds need an update though but that is a minor point.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The location couldn’t be any better with just a short walk to the beach. The cleanliness of the home was superb!

The location, 4 doors from the beach, on 81st street was great. The place was quiet. Unfortunately, there was an awkward layout that wasn’t obvious with the promotional pictures, and several broken, missing fixtures. Outdoor cushions were faded and dirty. Pergola was old and rotting. We were told, after sending a list of items needing repair/replacement, that the place would be renovated beginning the following week. Would be nice to receive a demo discount. Love Realty should be more careful in accurately presenting their rental properties
