CLEANLINESS IS OUR PRIORITY! Mid Century vibe in artsy condo. Modern amenities in Old Town Arts District, steps from Valley Ho hotel. Poolside ground floor unit in this quiet complex with 2 large bedrooms, original artwork, & washer/dryer in unit. High speed internet connection, great for all business needs, or for simply kicking back and enjoying games or videos. Large fluffy pool towels in the condo for you. Fully equipped kitchen and outside BBQ. 3 smart TVs with Hulu Live. Close to Main Street, with independent restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Reserved covered parking. Owner managed. I'm a very experienced host and I really care.
Receive the personal attention and service of an owner/manager who lives close by. I am not a property manager for a huge company; I will do all I can to make sure you have a comfortable and fun stay in my condo. I will personally respond to your questions and needs, not an AI bot.

Enjoy the pool in this quiet complex. The pool is for people staying at the condo; no invited guests. The pool is heated except for December 1 to January 31. The pool is controlled by the management and may be closed for repairs if necessary. There are no refunds given if the pool is not in working order during your visit.
If you are traveling with small children, this is the place for you. I have a pack and play crib, highchair, stroller, baby gate, infant bathtub, and children's toys and games. Let me know what you want and I will have them in the condo when you arrive at no extra charge, subject to availability.
You will have the entire condo to yourselves. The pool, barbecues and covered patio and seating space is shared. This is a small complex so you may have much of the common areas to yourselves.
The condo complex is in the heart of Old Town. While the unit and small complex are quiet, it's possible you may hear some neighbor or street noise.
Packages can be delivered to the door, but there is no USPS mail service available. (Please ask for FedEx or UPS delivery when ordering online.) For long term stays of one month or more, USPS mail service is available. Please ask for instructions.
The quilts on the beds may not be the same as the photos. I change them frequently to make sure they are perfect for my guests.

I stayed at Janet's two-bedroom place for a week with my family of four. Two little ones shared one room, and my wife and I had the other. Everything was great. Communication with Janet was great, the place was clean, the pool was perfect, and the neighborhood was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Parking was great. No complaints. We will definitely come back.

Janet was easy to communicate with
The condo was exactly as advertised
It was clean, well stocked, quiet and walking distance to Old Town restaurants and pubs
The pool was right outside your door and my favourite the 4 seater patio table and chairs
