On the main level, a generously sized living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. From this space, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and benefits from its own private bathroom complete with bath, bidet, and WC, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. This room also offers a direct exit to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table for informal meals.
