Also on this level, 1 bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor bathroom features a shower and WC. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, fitted with a 3-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a Nespresso capsule system, with capsules available as an extra.
