This was a great place to gather a group of friends and our kids - spotless, plenty of room to gather and have separate spaces, and centrally located. We would love to return!

This was our first time staying In Rehoboth We had a very nice stay and found the location nicely positioned for our days on the beach and our time enjoying the boardwalk.,Kyle is a great host. Very responsive to my questions and the house was very clean and neat.,

Very clean, was a joy to stay. Although we brought paper goods, there was a plethora of spices as well as cookware/utensils and dinnerware. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Highly recommend Kyle and this location for a large group.
