Summary:
CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located curated 4 bedroom house at the unique Largo de Santa Marta. Having its own garage, ready for your surfboards, drying racks for your suits, and shower, private terraces at both floors, and spacious entertaining area allows you to have a dream stay at the quiet but central area of the village of Ericeira. Steps away from Praia do Sul, very conveniently located for all the shops and restaurants of the village, everything within 5 mins.
The Space:
At the ground floor, you will have your entertaining space with lovely terrace and outside eating area, a designed living room with dining area and TV. In the hallway leading to the kitchen there is some designated storage space for beach towels and bags and a WC. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped to help you enjoy the most your stay and for cooking meals. Through the kitchen you can access the garage and utility room.
At the second floor there is a king size master bedroom with its private terrace and seating area, with breath-taking ocean views. There is a lovely double bedroom with its private terrace and seating area. There are 2 other single bedrooms nicely decorated with their own working space. One of them has a inclining table top appropriate for designers. All rooms are fitted with wardrobes and working areas. There are 2 bathrooms with towel heaters & non-misting LED mirrors.

The Neighborhood:
Largo de Santa Marta is a unique very special part of the village, with a lovely square and steps away from the ocean. Despite being very central it's a quieter area of the village throughout the year but do expect some noise during busy times of the year. In the summer months more people is coming and going and you can feel a lively atmosphere.
Other Things to Note:
In accordance with Portuguese law, we are required to collect certain personal details from all guests (such as passport/ID information) for submission to the SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras).
Interaction with Guests:
We will be on hand throughout your stay to make it as enjoyable as possible for you!

Good location. Clean rooms. Big enough for our family of 5 (all adults). Property did not have air conditioning, but we didn't need it in early June as weather was nice.

Very clean and spacious for our family of five. It is an easy two-minute walk to the main street with shopping, restaurants and bars. Note that there is no air conditioning in the house which is typical for this region. Albeit somewhat warm during the day, we were comfortable in the evenings due to the cool temperatures and coastal breeze. I recommend this vrbo and would stay there again.
