The sea in front and a lush park behind it. All around a green hill full of trees, caressed by the wind and kissed by the sun for several months of the year, where you can lose yourself between relaxing walks and paths designed for jogging or you can devote yourself to taking care of yourself, view the proximity to an important thermal bath.

Villa Collina sul Mare is certainly the ideal place for a break from the metropolis or, simply, to allow yourself a pause for reflection. A dwelling where tranquility and privacy are truly at home, a stone’s throw from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea, not far from evocative medieval historical centers and villages to be discovered, in an area where culture and food and wine are real business cards to be shown to tourists and visitors.

The villa is on two floors: on the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, all with bathrooms, and a bright reading room connected to the large and sunny panoramic terrace which opens onto a suggestive view. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy lounge, in this case with a view of the centuries-old park, where it will also be possible to have lunch or dinner outdoors. Ample free parking, available to guests, in outdoor spaces. Each room is furnished with refinement and refinement to satisfy as much as possible those who are looking for taste and elegance. A charming place ideal for families but also for a romantic getaway.

Rebuilding, and reviving a Marche mansion of the early 1900s was a bet that the owners, with courage and passion, have certainly won. In the structure, everything has been chosen and created to create an enveloping atmosphere at any time of day or night. The park, rich in vegetation, has colors, scents, and sounds that, spreading inside the rooms, create a pleasant sensation of harmony. Tranquility is immediately perceived by anyone who chooses Villa Collina sul Mare.
