Enjoy a wonderful vacation in this vacation home with rustic charm.

Welcome to the inviting house, which welcomes you in a beautiful location in the hinterland of the coast. It owes its charm to the rustic coziness created by the wooden furniture, beautiful wooden ceilings and exposed brickwork and invites you to take a relaxing break from everyday life. Relax after your activities in the surrounding area in a cozy setting, make yourself comfortable at the dining table and organize a games evening or chat late into the evening.

Unwind on the terrace while you soak up the sun or end a wonderful day with a delicious outdoor barbecue.

Discover the beautiful pebble beaches on the coast, which are only a few kilometers away from your house. From Kosinozici, you can quickly reach the beautiful port town of Porec, a popular summer resort with a historic old town and a famous basilica dating back to the 6th century. For active vacationers, there are numerous water sports options by the sea, but there is also plenty to discover inland. Take advantage of the numerous cycling and hiking trails in the heart of Istria and visit the Baredine Cave, which is famous for its stalactite formations.
