The apartment has television, wi-fi and hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms.
The residential area is private and has a large heated swimming pool open from November to April and access to a children's pool, a jacuzzi, showers and changing rooms with toilets.
The apartment is on the first floor and also has an underground garage with a lift. The neighbourhood is very pleasant. You can walk, cycle or drive around it peacefully. Several golf courses are located near the apartment.

This is a comfortable apartment in a quiet complex, fairly near to amenities.It gets lovely early morning sun, but the balcony area is in the shade(in winter) ftom lunch time onwards. This is not too much of a problem as there are sun loungers down by the pool area. The pool itself seemed quite warm tho we didnt actually have a dip! This
