Anchored at the Cape is the perfect spot for your next vacation!! This recently renovated 3BR/3.5BA unit in Barrier Dunes has everything you need to enjoy our beautiful area. Visit the beach, fish in one of our 3 ponds (no license required) or explore all of the natural elements of our area by kayak or boat!
Along with the amenities below the unit comes with up to 1G WiFi, mesh WiFi 6 router, new appliances and an outdoor 240 volt NEMA 14-50 outlet for EV charging. A maximum of one dog is allowed.

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 for up to two dogs and is non refundable.
All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes and completion of the rental agreement.

We have stayed at MANY homes in Barrier Dunes and this was by far our favorite! The updates, all the kitchen items we could need, and very clean. We will be back!

Wonderful property. Very clean and well stocked. Great family vacation. We hope to visit again. Beach and pool had easy access. Highly recommend this property.

This place was perfect for our family. The location was even better than I expected- everything felt close (view of the grassy area, pool and tennis court. Easy little walk to the beach). The condo was stocked with so many conveniences (beach wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, tennis & pickleball equipment, kitchen gadgets, seasonings, oils, foil, etc. for cooking). The beds were comfortable and the whole place felt spacious enough to be together but also have some privacy. Check-in was so simple and I appreciate that we were able to get in a little early. Would stay here again!!

Very nice town home. Little crowded on the beach, but manageable. Nice community.
