Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Reviewer Comments:
This place was located at a beautiful location! The premises were wonderful, close to Kahuku food trucks, not too far from a few supermarkets, and other places of interest. The swimming pool was nice. Our kids enjoyed it very much! And close to Turtle Bay! The pull-out bed was comfy. It can get a bit hot, but there are fans and air conditioning in the bedroom. The washing machine and dryer were really loud.

Found 5 cockroaches, one alive the rest dead, Had some plumbing issues mainly due to clogged pipes from other units. Otherwise it was very nice.

The place was spotless and backed onto a peaceful golf course. I would consider going back again.

Reviewer Comments:
Pros: The rental was clean, had been nicely renovated, and was located in a quiet spot close to the pool. Check in was easy and the surrounding tenants were wonderful.Cons:we were there for Hawaii’s worst storm in 70 years and without power for 36 hours and no one from the rental agency reached out. Luckily the tenants and manager Marlene were wonderful and helped us throughout our stay. There are no basics such as salt, pepper, or shampoo and the sofa bed is not comfortable but if you’re a couple or a couple with an infant sleeping in a pack’n’play this space would be good.
