Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

We had a great stay at Kingsley House.
Yes, the road was a little bit noisy, but we expected it and it certainly didn’t take anything away from our stay.
Everything we needed was there, it was convenient to town and Fistral Beach, and for journeys out.
The house was very clean and the back garden was private, compact and welcoming.
Would we stay again? Without question!

I had an amazing couple of days staying in this lovely house in Newquay. It was modern but still felt super homely, with all these little touches that made it extra special. Me and my friends had the best time, enjoying the house and everything the area has to offer. It really felt like a home away from home, and I appreciated how comfy and welcoming everything was. Definitely recommend it for a chilled-out getaway!

Firstly the house was well equipped and was located well for getting in and out of Newquay. The provision of buckets/spades was a nice touch.
However, when we first arrived what hit us was the smell, it may have been the rugs in the living room which were stained and really quite old fashioned. We rolled up the main one for the length of the stay to help with this. The main bed was also very uncomfortable and definitely needed the mattress replacing. The blinds in the master bedroom looked like they belong in an office or school. The kitchen cupboard doors opened in an odd arrangement and items weren't in sensible places.
The pictures and general atmosphere of the house was nice.
