A newly built,Cycladic style maisonette in the middle of a magical bay in the area of Arkoudi with breathtaking view,only 100m away from the beach,ideal for families and friends.
Beautiful traditional house in privileged location in Loutra Kythnos with majestic views of the Aegean,wonderfully quiet with relaxing atmosphere.
The house is surrounded by rich flora and has easy access suitable for all ages.
It is wonderfully decorated in cycladic style with all amenities available.
Villa Niloya is located 500 metres from the thermal springs of Loutra,the taverns,super market etc and 300 metres from the scenic bay of Agia Irini.
The maisonette includes,on the first floor two(2) spacious bedrooms with double beds and two(2) bathrooms.The first floor also includes an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV and fireplace.On the front of this floor there is a balcony with dining table,ideal for breakfast.
At the ground floor there are one spacious bedroom with double bed and two single beds in separate space,as well as a large bathroom.
All bedrooms are airconditioned.
Outside there is a built BBQ and amazing dining table for twelve(12) people with wonderful view.
Access by foot to the beach of the bay the property is built on.
The price includes WiFi,Netflix and satellite TV.
IMPORTANT NOTE:There is in Greece a climate resilience tax fee of 15 Euros per day payable cash on check-in.

Beautiful spacious light and airy, spotlessly clean, stunning views, took 8 of us without problems.
0.5 km walk to Aga Ireni restaurants.
1 km to the center of charming Loutra with its nice restaurants , bakeries, shops and marina.
The adjacent beach to the property , not part of it, is filled with plastic because of the currents , the municipality needs to resolve that
