The town is renowned for its pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters, its main beach, Spiaggia di Torre Vado is a 3-minute drive/ 15-minute walk away and there is a small marina where visitors can rent a boat (a 10-minute walk). The closest restaurant is less than a 10-minute walk away and there is a grocery store near the marina a 10-minute walk/2-minute drive.

Wonderful view and privacy, small town is wonderful and full with kind people.
As for the house a small renovation would be required to have a better experience, e.g. more plugs, more kitchen devices, change of the bathroom taps and shower. Washing machine is a blessing though!
