This recently fully remodeled home is well equipped for your stay.
The space
A fully renovated 3 bedrooms, a full newly remodeled bath with a walk in shower plus a newly remodeled half bath. A well equipped kitchen ideal for entertaining plus washer and dryer on the main level. This home was fully remodeled in 2021 including kitchen, baths, paint, appliances, and systems.
Important notes: The maximum guest allowed is 6. This limit will be striclty enforced. Also note, no parties or events are allowed on property. Violation of either rule will result in eviction with no refunds.
The detached garage guest house is sometimes occupied by owner or their guests and is not included in the property rental. The garage apartment has its own driveway off of Ponca St (the home sites on a corner lot).

House was charming, well appointed, and very clean. Location is awesome…right around the corner from The Mont, walking distance to OU, and Campus Corner. Beds were really comfy too. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautifully appointed. However, we were surprised that the closet in the master bedroom picture wasn’t available for use. We had to hang our clothes on hooks in that bedroom or share with the queen bed closet. A toaster would have been nice, but we improvised and used the broiler in the oven to toast our English muffins. Good location to the university.
