The Space:

This mid-island condominium has a great view of the Bay and Gulf. This unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.



The property has a clubhouse, pool and spa, tennis, and a boat/fishing dock. Close to Publix Grocery Store, local shops and dining. The beach is just a short walk away!



This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2001 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.



This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. The minimum age to rent is 25.
