In the village of Pilati, in the fenced garden, there is a swimming pool, a veranda, a barbecue and a summer kitchen with traditional Istrian charm.

We had two great weeks in this lovely house in Istria. Our hosts welcomed us in a great fashion, allowed us to take fresh vegetables from their garden and even brought us fresh fruits and bed clothes after the first week. We enjoyed the pool and garden house with extra kitchen. The only downsides were bad weather during the first week and a closed important road which made the trip to the coast much longer, but of course that can happen and is no fault of the house. There are also two truffle shops close by, for all who enjoy this treat. Overall, we had a great time.

Just returned from 2 weeks here and can confirm that this villa is exactly as listed, the family are very hospitable and we were warmly received on arrival and throughout our stay. The house was spotless and lacks for nothing. The pool and grounds were cleaned daily by the owners father who was a lovely guy and happy to share his homemade brews. The out building has a BBQ in which we did not use but having a fridge here, radio and games area was fantastic.
If you are looking for a holiday to relax, here is the right place, found some lovely local restaurants all within 15 minutes drive. Local supermarket in Motovan about 5 minutes drive stocked everything. We can highly recommend this property if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area.
