Enjoy a uniquely designed European estate set in a secluded mountain setting with breathtaking views in every direction. Surrounded by pines, aspens, and abundant wildlife. Next to trails for hiking and snowmobiling. Close proximity to world-famous ski resorts and renowned golf courses. Nestled between two reservoirs, each connected by the Provo River.

About half an acre of winding grassy area throughout the property.

Spacious covered patio with wood-burning fireplace and large propane grill.
Caretakers live in a separate apartment in the top of house and will be available for help and questions regarding the property and for snow removal. They have a separate entrance and a locked door between the apartment and the house.
Security cameras are located in the house and on the grounds at the exits.

We had an amazing week with our group of six families, continuing our annual ski tradition. After a full day of skiing and snowboarding, the fireplace, pool, and hot tub were the perfect way to relax. The location was also incredibly convenient—just 30 minutes from both Park City and Sundance ski resorts. We’ll definitely be back!

What an amazing place. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with all. In ground trampoline, fooze ball, air hockey and more. It was like staying in a modern-day castle.

We stayed at the lodge with my family, 19 of us including children and grandchildren. The property is nestled in a beautiful mountain spot that was very secluded. The house is large and fit us with plenty of room to spare. The pool area was outstanding with the heated whirlpool and steam shower. It was so convenient to have the pool to ourselves. It was heated and perfect for our family. We prepared all our food there and found everything we needed. The house is a little older and worn but so interesting in architecture and design. I always ask myself would we stay there again and the answer is a definite YES! Few places have an indoor pool, racquetball court, pool table, beautiful grounds, a large garage for at least five cars, and adequate beds for all. What a great find!
