The ground-floor apartment "Felipe 1-1 Pool View" offers the perfect location for a beach holiday in Cala d'Or, Mallorca. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, living/dining area with a sofa bed for 2, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and an air conditioning unit in the living room. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Relax in the shared outdoor area with pool and open terrace. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available on the street.
Towels are included. Guests may request a free change of bed linen and towels from the 7th night of stay. Please note: there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Only guests listed in the original booking are permitted in the apartment. If more people than allowed are found, all guests must leave the property without refund.

Pros: Shared pool and location - very near to city centre.
Cons: Lots of things we had to buy ourselves for example trash bin bags. Not very well equipped apartment. Also no AC so when it's 30-35 outside, it can be very hard to sleep.
