Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.
Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Clean welcoming cottage feel with the best view. Watched the ocean and sunsets from the lanai and recliners. Must go to Hearth and table across the street best tasting meal we've have had in long time.

The Oregon coast is absolutely gorgeous. Love driving around and seeing all the sites. We also really enjoyed driving through the Tillamook Forest and we did that last year, but went to a different part of the Oregon Coast.
D Sands was a great location.
The
Studio condo we stayed in was ok but not very clean and our balcony was absolutely filthy and kind of nasty.
We had absolutely no problems there, and if we were to stay in the area We would probably consider staying at the D Sands again in a larger unit but it in a one bedroom
With a conversation prior about cleanliness, condition of property, and the condition of Balcony
And make sure prior that
everything was properly working.
