Modern house with a stunning ocean view situated in Hällsvik. 500 meters from one of the best spots in the Gothenburg area for ocean swimming. 600 meters from the local harbor with an available berth.
We are a family of four; two adults and two children aged eleven and six. The house is therefore ideal for one family, but two will fit due to the double bed in the office / bedroom and the two bathrooms.
Interaction with guests
We would prefer to have a chat by telephone before arrival (Swedish / English / German / French).
Other things to note
We like things tidy and keep the house in mint condition.

We stayed at Hällsvik for seven days after five days in Stockholm.
The accommodation is of an exceptional standard, and in an amazing location for the local beach, access to the Gothenberg archipelagos and the centre of Gothenberg it’s self. We have fallen madly in love with Gothenberg and will be back!
The hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating, and shared great ideas of what to do in the region.

Location is suberb. View on the sea, close to a very nice small harbour, good neibourhood, well equiped.
