Welcome to this apartment located in Sarzeau, a charming municipality in Morbihan famous for its preserved coastal landscapes. Nestled in the heart of the town centre, the location is ideal for enjoying the markets and numerous shops that Sarzeau has to offer! Just a few minutes' drive from the first beaches, you can easily discover the charms of this lovely region.
Able to accommodate up to 4 people, the apartment offers you a living/dining room with minimalist décor, opening onto the balcony, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals: induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. As night falls, you can rest in one of the two bedrooms offered by the apartment. The first is equipped with a queen-size bed, ideal for parents, whilst the second will delight children with its two single beds. For optimal comfort, two shower rooms are at your disposal, as well as a washing machine! This apartment has a private outdoor parking space and a garage in which you will have at your disposal a charging point for electric vehicles (220 volt socket, 3KWH).
Located in an ideal area for families and in the immediate vicinity of shops and restaurants, the rental is situated at:
- Opposite the "Kermer" restaurant
- 200m from the "Carrefour City" supermarket
- 2 km from the "Lidl" supermarket
- 4 km from the "du Roaliguen" sandy beach
- 8 km from the "Bluegreen Rhuys Kerver" golf estate
- 9 km from the "de Penvins" sandy beach
- 23 km from "Vannes" station
- 112 km from "Nantes Atlantique" airport
On the ocean side, dunes and long sandy beaches succeed one another as far as the oyster cabins of the Pénerf river. On the foreshore exposed at high tides, test your hand-line fishing skills! Children and adults alike love rummaging through the rock pools. You can then savour cockles, winkles and prawns, taken from your fishing basket or spotted at one of the friendly markets in Arzon or Sarzeau.
